Randolph C. Houts

A California native and resident of San Diego since 1976, Mr. Houts was educated at the University of  San Diego and studied abroad at Magdalen College, Oxford, G.B.



Mr. Houts is admitted to California State and Federal Courts in multiple Districts, as well as the California Supreme Court, and California Court of Appeal.

Mr. Houts is a married father of two, an attorney, professor of Real Property law, author, and lecturer.
